Pat Dunbar has been building custom homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area since 1994. A graduate of the Indiana
University, Pat is past president of the Home Builders Association, and served 16 years on the Richland County Planning
Commission. Son Patrick joined the company in 1999 after graduating from the College of Charleston. The father-son team
are Tour of Homes participants, having won “Best Plan” in the over $500,000 category; and, in 2006, won
“Best Overall Plan” in the Columbia Parade Homes.

Founded by first and second generation home builders Sam and Kenneth Ayers, The SE Ayers Company has been building
quality custom homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area since 1986. Consulting with local architects and interior
designers, The SE Ayers Company uses only a select set of craftsmen who have demonstrated their ability and willingness
